Implementation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development's plan to deploy online public services for domestically-produced animal feed administrative procedures, including: Recognition of domestically produced animal feed allowed to circulate in Vietnam; Re-recognition of domestically produced animal feeds permitted for circulation in Vietnam; Recognizing changes in information of animal feeds permitted for circulation in Vietnam under the simple, fast and modern orientation.

Recently, the Department of Livestock Production has implemented the design and construction of software training courses nationwide for animal feed manufacturers in Vietnam. Up to now, enterprises have successfully used the software and successfully declared electronic documents on the online translation portal system of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

In order to create the best conditions for enterprises to carry out this administrative procedure, from February 15, 2017, the Department of Livestock Production does not receive normal paper documents and only electronic documents at the locality. Only domain name https://dvc.mard.gov.vn.
